How To Be More Successful – Finish

Success in the IM world is about getting your message out there and making money from it. Sadly, too many shoot themselves in the foot and wonder why it’s not happening for them. One popular way to shoot yourself in the foot is to never get anything done. Starting lots of projects is not going to make you money. Having tons of ideas is not going to make you money. Publishing finished products with a buy buttton gives you your starting point. You then have to market and promote the product so people can find it and buy it. Finishing… Read More »How To Be More Successful – Finish

Product Creation Strategy – Using PLR

If you want to create your own product (and why wouldn’t you?), then buying PLR or Private Label Rights content is a quick and easy way to do it. PLR is the digital version of “white label” products. Simply put, someone manufactures a product, say cereal and sells that product to other companies who then put their own brand on it and resell it as their own. Same with PLR. With PLR you get the benefits of having a ready-to-go product without having to start from scratch creating it yourself. That reduces your time to get your product to the market… Read More »Product Creation Strategy – Using PLR

      What’s Your Excuse?

I meet lots of people in my development work. 99% of those people join my workshops because they are not making progress; they’re not where they want to be, doing what they want to be doing. 100% of them have a reason why. And they’re all excuses. You’re either getting results or you’re giving reasons. Which are you? Become someone who makes progress. Get into this June Challenge – have a look here – or go to Stretch Yourself Challenge Workshop. (aff link)

        Free Image Resources

I have a thing about using free images which aren’t really “free”. When I’m in production-mode, it’s tempting to just do a quick web search for an image, snavel it and load it into the blog or eBook or brochure and make everything look whizz-bang. But unless you’ve bought or gained rights to use that image legitimately then, well, you’re stealing. And with the algorithms churning through online sites finding illegal use of images, you could be slapped on the wrists or worse, slapped with a writ. Ain’t nobody got the time or money for that! Way better to get… Read More »Free Image Resources

          Pics, Images, Graphics for Free

“A picture tells a thousand words” which is why we writers in the digital realm love to add visuals to our work.  The challenge is in not being tempted to simply grab any ole pic that takes our fancy from a random internet search engine. That path is trodden by many who play Russian roulette with abusing copyright laws. Much like driving without a license: you know you’re doing wrong but you might take the risk anyway if your need is great.  In the digital world, that risk is being slapped with a massive lawsuit by firms with deep pockets.… Read More »Pics, Images, Graphics for Free

Write Your Non Fiction Book: Easy Way To Get Your Book Written

If your business model relies on having your own product/s to either sell or offer as giveaways to build your profile then you need to find an easy way to do it.  What I like about this model is that it is chunkable, that is what seems an onerous task can be broken down into doable bits, and, it is replicable: a one-book wonder isn’t going to give you as much credibility as having a range of books and this method can be utilised again and again to write books. I’m not sure who originated it, but I first came… Read More »Write Your Non Fiction Book: Easy Way To Get Your Book Written
