{"id":840,"date":"2014-03-03T18:49:35","date_gmt":"2014-03-03T08:49:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/redhotinternetmarketing.com\/blog\/?p=840"},"modified":"2017-04-28T12:50:11","modified_gmt":"2017-04-28T02:50:11","slug":"2013-a-whole-new-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redhotinternetmarketing.com\/blog\/2013-a-whole-new-year\/","title":{"rendered":"2013 &#8211; a Whole New Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wow.<\/p>\n<p>Did 2012 blitz past or what?<\/p>\n<p>This is now the time of year we&#8217;re supposed to sit back, take stock, revel in our accomplishments and reflect on what could be better.<\/p>\n<p>But who has time for that?!?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s just rush, rush, rush &#8230; at least at my house it is.<\/p>\n<p>Yet it <strong>is<\/strong> necessary to review and plan ahead so we don&#8217;t end up next year in much the same place. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So, before the New Year hits, what one thing could you focus in this coming year to direct your efforts?<\/p>\n<p>For me, it&#8217;s actually FOCUS.<\/p>\n<p>If I look back over 2012 I can see I started lots of projects but few are completed and making money. I can be easily distracted &#8211; by anything really, but especially checking email, surfing the web for even more information, getting caught up on forums, and switching between activities and projects.<\/p>\n<p>So this year my one question I&#8217;ll keep asking myself<!--more--> is, &#8221; am I focussed on one thing right now?&#8221;.
