Sometimes we get writer’s block and just need a nudge to think about what to write. Tools like this are wonderful. I’ve printed it out to refer to when I get stuck – and to remind me to stay on target with audience needs.
“Article writing is dead!”
“You can’t get business that way anymore.”
“It doesn’t help you get visitors to your site.”
I’m a writer.
I prefer to write my own eBooks. And I hate to burst your bubble, I don’t do it all the time. Not everyone who produces an ebook writes their own. Because you’re not experienced in a specific subject, doesn’t mean you can’t create an ebook.
Writing a Quality eBook That Sells
It’s way easier these days to become an author. You don’t have to send off a manuscript to a publisher and hope they choose your book out of the thousands of other hopefuls then wait to see if you get that awful rejection slip!
You would think in a world full of information that more data is the last thing we need.
Yet the Internet doesn’t use gas – it uses content to keep it running.
Having to keep up a regular schedule is something many people do well. There is another cohort of us who have great intentions. Other things seem to get in the way and we find ourselves staring at a blank blog page for a few days or, even worse, weeks. Ok. Maybe months. Anyone see tumbleweeds?
From time to time, I get writers block. For some reason, the ideas simply don’t come. There I sit just staring at the screen……..nothing happening. Or I just write something, delete it, write something else, delete it again. I suppose anyone who writes will get writers block at some point. Here are ways I manage to break through writers block.
One thing you can be sure of when it comes to having any presence online: you need lots of content over time.
Now some of that content can be audio or video or graphical images. Most of it though, will be text. That means words. And plenty of them. Website copy, sales copy, eBooks, Reports, Blog Posts, Articles, Social Media posts and so it goes on.
